From October 10, 2024, the "Dialing" and "Duration"metrics will be renamed to "Dialing time" and "Talking time." In addition to the name change, the logic for calculating these metrics has also been modified for the following types of calls: outbound calls from automated and agent campaigns, and inbound and outbound calls from the softphone.
