1. Ability to add an audio file to agent campaigns
In agent campaigns, we have added the ability to enable the audio playback switch for customers waiting for an agent to respond. With the setting disabled, customers will hear silence during the waiting time until an agent answers the call.
2. Integration of Voximplant Kit with Bitrix24
Bitrix24 is a cloud-based CRM system. The enhanced integration now allows CRM managers to use the Voximplant Kit telephony for processing customer calls. Details of the integration can be found in our documentation.
Bitrix24 integration enhancements:
- Click to call using the Voximplant Kit softphone;
- Quick processing of inbound calls on the spot without leaving your Bitrix24;
- Automatic logging of call results and associated data to Bitrix24 after a call ends.
3. Function for adding buttons to a Telegram chat
You can now create buttons for Telegram bots which make user interaction more convenient and faster by symplifying navigation and increasing interactivity. For details on how to work with Telegram buttons and function examples, go to our documentation.
4. Function for adding buttons to a WhatsApp edna chat
A similar functionality for adding reply-buttons has also been introduced for WhatsApp bots. The feature simplifies communication by allowing users to quickly select the desired options without having to enter text.
