We are informing you that starting from March 15, 2024 all historical data in Voximplant Kit will be stored for 1.5 years:
- Call and messaging history
- Reports
- User status log
- Activity log
- Function logs
All data outside this period will be eventually deleted. This is required to increase system capabilities on working with historical data. If you have data older than 1.5 years then you can export it to store it on your side. It needs to be done before March 15, 2024. You can export your data via the Voximplant Kit interface and via API methods. If you need any assistance with correct export, please refer to our documentation or send a request to our technical support team by emailing to support@kit.voximplant.com. You can also contact our support team via webchat in the Voximplant Kit interface.
If your call audio recordings are stored more than 1.5 years, then they still will be available and you can get them by sending a request to our technical support team.
