To enhance their employees’ career development, the conglomerate ADEO, of which Leroy Merlin is a part of, launched an international development program for future leaders called Talent Booster. To streamline the HR department’s communication with employees that are spread all around the world, a special interface powered by Voximplant was created that enables long distance video interviews to be conducted within established parameters.

As of now, 77 Leroy Merlin hypermarkets in 39 regions of Russia offer their customers a wide variety of products at the most reasonable prices. In total, more than 26,000 employees work at Leroy Merlin.

In the service interface, an employee taking part in the competition can enter their work ID, learn the rules of participation, and record a test video before starting specific tasks to understand how they are going to look and sound in the recording. The questions for candidates are divided into several modules: when moving onto the next question, an employee is given 30 seconds for familiarization and no more than one minute to record an answer. For users’ convenience, there is an on-screen countdown. The HR department gets access to the video recording as soon as the task is completed.
