The video interview service designed by Voximplant fully corresponded to the required functionality, which allowed us and our colleagues from other countries to conduct a high quality assessment of skill sets of employees taking part in the program. The service was integrated into the recruitment platform, which made the evaluation and decision-making processes much quicker and also met all requirements of the global screening process. The service received good reviews both from the participants of the program and from the international recruitment team.
In the service interface, an employee taking part in the competition can enter their work ID, learn the rules of participation, and record a test video before starting specific tasks to understand how they are going to look and sound in the recording. The questions for candidates are divided into several modules: when moving onto the next question, an employee is given 30 seconds for familiarization and no more than one minute to record an answer. For users’ convenience, there is an on-screen countdown. The HR department gets access to the video recording as soon as the task is completed.
