As the service was scaled up, there was also an increase in the number of customers who needed assistance with CloudWalk payment system services. However, customer support via the text channel was not sufficient: customers were not satisfied with the speed of responses to their queries, and the load on operators grew due to queues in chats.

CloudWalk uses Click-to-Call technology to ease communication with its customers, providing faster customer support and reducing company costs.


To receive advice by telephone, the user clicks the “Call” button in the application. A free call can be made from anywhere in the world where there is an Internet connection. Clicking a button sends a call forward command to the company's SIP account, which connects the client with the operator. Incoming calls are recorded for quality control.
