Scenario start
Use this block to configure the starting point of your scenario.
Scenario end
Use this block to configure the ending point of your scenario. If your scenario does not contain this block, it will not work.
Successful call
Use this block to determine the call result.
For outbound calls, when the scenario reaches this block, the call is considered successful (for example, the customer received the required information). The successful call completion means that the campaign will no longer attempt to call the customer.
For inbound calls, the block allows you to determine whether the call was accepted or missed. If the scenario reaches this block without interaction with an agent, the call is considered accepted (not missed). If the customer reaches an agent, the call is considered successful even without using this block.
