In this section, you will learn how to configure key Voximplant Kit settings.

Access to the settings sections and available permissions depend on the role assigned to you. The Owner and Admin roles provide full access to all settings sections. The Manager role provides limited access to the settings sections and limited permissions. The Supervisor role provides limited access to user settings (only managed groups' agents). Users with the Agent role do not have access to the settings sections. For more info, go here. If the contact center functionality is not enabled in your account, you can only access the Tags, DNC lists, File storage, and SIP trunks sections. To use other sections, you need to request a 14-day trial or full version of the contact center functionality.
