We love to automate everything. Therefore, we came up with the idea to make a robot for calling and surveying with advanced functionality, such as voice recognition and variability of answers. Since we have been successfully cooperating with Voximplant for a long time, we immediately decided to try to build a robot using the Voximplant Kit editor. It allows us to visually customize automated calls – and we managed to do this very quickly.

The numbers to be dialed are manually uploaded to the platform. Calls to the answering machine are terminated by using a voicemail detector. If the call is successful, the system waits for a reply from the responder, recognizes it and starts playing the script. First, a greeting is conveyed and then the question is asked "Does your company use taxi services?" The answer is recognized and recorded in the report. For communication, an excerpt from recordings of the voice of a live operator is used.
