First of all, you need to specify a list of IP addresses (or networks) that are allowed to make calls through your Voximplant account without SIP authorization at https://manage.voximplant.com/settings/security/white_list. Then, calls can be forwarded to your application by specifying an application rule and handled in a VoxEngine scenario using CallAlerting event.
