Logging user activity
The activity log is an audit trail that keeps records of all events and user actions in chronological order.
- Log in to your Voximplant Kit account.
- Go to Administration > Security > Activity log.
- Select the period for which you want to review the events.
- The report contains the following data:
Date — the date and time of the event.
IP address — the IP address from which the action was performed.
Initiator type — specifies whether the action was performed by a user or via API.
Initiator — user name and email or API token, depending on the initiator type.
Object type — the object of the action. For example, a user, scenario, automated campaign, channel, tag, etc.
Event — specifies whether the object was deleted, added, edited, or exported.
Object — the object name.
- Use Filter if you need to view data for specific users, API tokens, action types, or objects.
- If you want to download the report in XLS or CSV format, click the Export button and select the required option.
