Logging user activity

The activity log is an audit trail that keeps records of all events and user actions in chronological order.

  1. Log in to your Voximplant Kit account.
  2. Go to Administration > Security > Activity log.
  3. Select the period for which you want to review the events.
  4. The report contains the following data:

  • Date - The date and time of the event.

  • IP address - The IP address from which the action was performed.

  • Initiator type - Specifies whether the action was performed by a user or via API.

  • Initiator - User name and email or API token, depending on the initiator type.

  • Object type - The object of the action. For example, a user, scenario, automated campaign, channel, tag, etc.

  • Event - Specifies whether the object was deleted, added, or edited.

  • Object - The object name.

Activity log
  1. Use Filter if you need to view data for specific users, API tokens, action types, or objects.
  2. If you want to download the report in XLS or CSV format, click the Export button and select the required option.
