Reviewing Messaging History

  1. Log in to your Voximplant Kit account.

  2. In the left sidebar, click History.

  3. Click Messaging history to review the call history. The Messaging history window opens.

  4. In the Calendar field, select the date range. You can select one of the predefined date ranges or specify your own.

  5. In the Messaging history window, select the message you want to review. The following fields are available for review:

  • Date and time

  • Channels

  • Duration

  • Lead Contact

  • Closed

  • Queue

  • First response time

  • Tags

When you click on the necessary message, the chat window opens, and you can review the conversation and the client info.

  1. Click Add filter if you need to add an additional filter to retrieve some specific message information. You can add the following filters:
  • Queues

  • Channels

  • Tags

  • Contacts

  • Agents

  1. Click XLS or CSV to download the messaging history as an XLS or CSV file.
