Interface to receive the result of CallUpgradeDecision.acceptReceiveAndSend.

Reports that CallUpgradeDecision.acceptReceiveAndSend has been completed successfully.
After this callback, the CallListener.onRemoteVideoStreamAdded event may be triggered to provide the remote video. The local video may also become available via Call.localVideoStream.
