Voximplant Kit has introduced a new feature that allows built-in Softphone to the CRM or web applications at the client’s side. The embedded Softphone allows an agent at the client’s side to use their application along with the Softphone functionality.

How to connect and configure embedded Softphone

To get started with the embedded Softphone, you need to add the JavaScript file to your application.

After the .js file has been added, you can start configuring Softphone in your application.
