Settings
In the Settings section, configure the key settings of your Voximplant Kit account.
If the Contact center functionality is disabled, the system provides access only to the Tags section. To use other sections, you need to send a request to get a 14-day trial or full version of contact center. To send a request, click Get contact center, fill in the appropriate fields, and click Send request.
Access to the settings sections and available permissions depend on the role assigned to you. The Owner and Admin roles provide full access to all settings sections. The Manager role provides limited access to the settings sections and limited permissions. The Supervisor role provides limited access to user settings (only manged group agents). Users with the Agent role do not have access to the settings sections. For more info, go here.
