In the Settings section, configure the key settings of your Voximplant Kit account.
If the Contact center functionality is disabled, the system provides access only to the Tags section. To use other sections, you need to send a request to get a 14-day trial or full version of contact center. To send a request, click Get contact center, fill in the appropriate fields, and click Send request.
Access to the Voximplant Kit sections and available permissions depend on the role assigned to you. The Owner role provides full access to all sections of the Voximplant Kit account and available permissions. The Administrator role provides full access to all sections of the Voximplant Kit account and available permissions, except refilling the balance. The Manager role provides access to the contact center sections and limited permissions. The Supervisor role provides access to the agent groups and limited permissions. The Agent role provides access to the Workspace section and limited permissions. For more info, go here.
The Settings section is only available to users with Manager, Administrator, and Owner roles.
