As you might know, Voximplant Kit has been supporting inbound SIP calls. It is a crucial functionality as SIP is considered to be a de facto standard for connecting different telecom devices across the world. By letting your customers reach you via SIP you can significantly improve the amount of feedback and show that your business solutions are advanced in terms of technology. Follow this guide to enable incoming SIP calls in just a few simple steps.
After you logged in to Voximplant Kit, you need to go to the Scenarios tab of the Inbound Calls section.
Click the “i” to the right of your scenario.
Copy the SIP URI address (manually or click the “copy” icon ).
In order to add your settings to the SIP Whitelist, go to the Integrations section on the main menu of the page.
Click the Add address button. To allow calls from all IPs, you can add a parameter: 0.0.0.0/0 or your own.
