Reviewing call History
Voximplant Kit captures the full history of calls.
To view the call history:
- Log in to your Voximplant Kit account.
- On the left sidebar, click History.
- Click Call history to review the call history. The Call history window opens.
- In the Calendar field, select the date range. You can select one of the predefined date ranges or specify your own.
- In the Call history window, select the call you want to review. The following fields are available for review:
Time
Type
Call from
Duration
Call to
Agent
Price
Scenario
Record/Log info
Campaign
Attempt result
Attempts
Tags
When you click on the necessary call, the call line expands, and you can review call and resources properties.
- Click Add filter if you need to add an additional filter to retrieve some specific call information. You can add the following filters:
Campaign
Attempt result
Scenario
Number
Type
Tags
You can check the log of a specific call or listen to the call recording.
- Click Play next to the desired call to open the player with the the call recording.
- Click Log next to the desired call to open the visual log of the scenario progress.
- Click Pause to disable the real-time updating.
- Click XLS or CSV to download the call history as an XLS or CSV file.
