Extension

Use this block to forward the call to a specific user, group, or queue.

1. Connect the block by using the Fail and Success ports.
2. Double-click the Extension block.
3. Select the Set Value radio button if you want to manually set the specific extension value. Then select the extension from the Extension drop-down list. Note that all extensions are listed by queues, groups and users.

4. If you want to use a variable, select the From variable radio button. Then create or select the variable from the drop-down list.

5. Click Save.
