Using Live monitoring

The Live conversations section helps you track real time activity in a specific queue. You, as an administrator, can join any active call or chat as a listener or a supervisor. To monitor a conversation, do the following:

This section is only available to users with Manager, Administrator and Owner roles.

  1. Log in to your Voximplant Kit account.
  2. On the left sidebar, click Live Conversations.
  3. Search for and select the conversation you want to monitor.
  4. To join a call, click the desired call in the Live Calls column.
  5. To monitor a chat, click the desired chat in the Live Chats column.

You can limit which calls and chats to retrieve by applying Filters. You can also sort converstaions by using the Sort by field.
