The Live conversations section displays all active calls and chats. An administrator can join any active call or chat as a listener or a supervisor. To monitor a conversation, do the following:
Log in to your Voximplant Kit account.
On the left sidebar, click Live Conversations.
In the main menu, select the queue you want to monitor.
To join a call, click the required call in the Live Calls column.
To monitor a chat, click the required chat in the Live Chats column.
You can filter calls and chats by using the Sort by filter.
