We’ve been using Voximplant Kit almost since it first became available on the market. It’s important for us to have full functionality as part of a single service: telephony, speech synthesis and recognition, as well as voice recording. Thanks to Voximplant Kit, we can quickly customize any call scenarios and effectively deliver information to clients.
The bot makes outbound calls to give notification about changes in the service, offer a loan or give notification that a card is ready for receipt. The message is read out through speech synthesis. To respond to the robot's question, the client can say the answer (speech recognition will work) or press the corresponding key in tone mode. The call is transferred to the operator if the client would like to ask a question or obtain additional information.
Accessibility. Analytical and IT skills are not required to work in the editor.
