Using Voximplant Platform, we created call scenarios and embedded integrations with our internal system for transfer of order data. When calling, a voicebot addresses a client by their name, coordinates the client’s address and delivery time, and announces the price. The client then confirms the information orally. If they cancel the order, they can leave a comment to specify their reason. Otherwise the call is transferred to an agent for further correction.
If the client misses a phone call and then calls back, the service identifies an inbound call number and verifies it with the database. If the number matches with an order confirmation, the bot announces a pre-built script.
