Inside Sales Representative

Who we are looking for:


The ideal candidate will be a proactive person with strong sales & negotiation skills, Fluent in English, with any European language, will be a plus, has solid sales experience in IT.


The Inside Sales Representative (ISR)


  • The ISR will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, emails, webinars, conferences and other marketing activities
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing clients


Goal: to acquire new customers and increase the revenue growth



  • Handle inbound leads: reach out to prospects that are generated by internal/external sources to convert into sales;
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing clients via telephone and email;
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying accounts in your territory;
  • Penetrate all dedicated targeted accounts with specific messages and products/solutions to generate revenue;
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and marketing activities;
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions;
  • Emphasise product/service value proposition and benefits, prices, discuss & negotiate terms, and prepare sales order forms;
  • Manage your pipeline, provide forecasts and reporting and updates in CRM in a timely manner;
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibits, and other events;


Hard skills and qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales to new/existing customers in a target driven environment, ideally in high - tech or software
  • Work experience in Sales no less than 1 year
  • Fluency in English (C1 and higher); any other European language will be a plus
  • Experience in online networking via LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Handling cold calling and emailing
  • Experience in team management is a plus
