Business Development Representative (Lead Generation)

  • Ensuring support for the first sales cycle by finding the right contact person in a company;
  • Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects from developed web and lead generation lists; cold calling;
  • Scheduling meetings / conference calls with foreign potential clients;
  • Processing raw customer data (in our CRM system);
  • Handling business correspondence with customers (presentations, official letters).




  • Confident PC user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Pleasant voice, literate speech and writing;
  • Good command of spoken and written language(s): English/Spanish/Portuguese/French/German (at least C1 level);
  • Capable of working with large amounts of data;
  • Attentive, persevering, stress-resistant, self-determined person with a positive attitude;
  • Experience in working with customers is a plus;
  • Results-oriented mindset.
