Voximplant creates a separate JavaScript session for each incoming call. Within this session, developers can communicate with their business backends to create a custom call queue logic, or use the built-in "ACD" module and queue calls to operators connected via SDKs or SIP. The "ACD" module provides basic concepts such as "operator", "role" and "queue", along with a simple web interface to manage them right from the Voximplant control panel.
